Once in a while, detoxify by fasting or having a fruit-only day. Restrain yourself from oversleeping and under sleeping. Healthy sleep of 7-8 hours regenerates your senses and produces a sense of rejuvenation in the mind and body. Oversleeping produces lethargy and undersleeping causes stress and fatigue to the body – the trick is to sleep just right and as per the natural cycle of your body to ensure that you wake up completely refreshed.
